Compact Disc EGM approves allotment of warrants at Rs.21

Compact Disc India Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on March 12, 2007, have given their approval by way of Special Resolution to issue and offer 13,50,000 Convertible Warrants at a price of Rs 21/- each to Interactive Creative Media Pte Ltd, Singapore.
