HDFC allots 383455 shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has on May 13, 2011 allotted 3,83,455 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by directors and employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 293,45,40,290 consisting of 146,72,70,145 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

The stock was trading at Rs.645.25, down by Rs.1.85 or 0.29%. The total traded quantity was 2.31 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 3.23 lakhs.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.655.75 and low of Rs.643.
