Xpro India allots 126000 Equity Shares

Xpro India Ltd has allotted 1,26,000 (One lac twenty six thousand) shares on May 07, 2011 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2009. The said shares will rank pari - passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.

The stock was trading at Rs.55, down by Rs.0.60 or 1.08%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.55.80 and low of Rs.55.

The total traded quantity was 1238 compared to 2 week average of 41794.
