Centrum Capital allots 8,54,600 shares to Churu Trading Company Pvt Ltd

Centrum Capital Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on March 10, 2007 has allotted 8,54,600 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 234/- per shares to M/s. Churu Trading Company Pvt Ltd on preferential basis.
