Ruchi Strips to consider conversion of OFCD to FCD

Ruchi Strips & Alloys Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 17, 2007, inter alia, for considering the conversion of 5,65,256 0% Optionally Fully Convertible Debentures (OFCD) of Rs 100/- each by allotting 5,65,256 Fully Convertible Debentures (FCD) of Rs 100/- each to IFCI Ltd.
