Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network allots 279500 Equity Shares

The Board of Directors of Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Ltd at its meeting held on May 09, 2011, has allotted 2,79,500 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on exercise of Options allotted under SABNL ESOP Scheme 2009-10.

As a result of aforementioned allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 228,835,000/- to Rs. 231,630,000/- divided into 23,163,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.68.50, up by Rs.1.65 or 2.47%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.68.50 and low of Rs.65.50.

The total traded quantity was 5590 compared to 2 week average of 7918.
