AXIS Bank allots 363689 Shares under ESOP

The Committee of Whole-Time Directors of AXIS Bank Ltd has on April 28, 2011 made the allotment of 3,63,689 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Bank, under ESOP.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased to 41,09,09,532 equity shares from 41,05,45,843 equity shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.1334.30, down by Rs.7.95 or 0.59%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1356.95 and low of Rs.1325.05.

The total traded quantity was 1.51 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.02 lakhs.
