Idea Cellular allots 80075 Equity Shares under ESOS

The ESOS Compensation Committee of Idea Cellular Ltd has vide its circular resolution dated April 27, 2011, allotted 80,075 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each to the Option Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006).

Post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 330,33,51,580 equity shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating to Rs. 3303,35,15,800/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.68.10, down by Rs.1.10 or 1.59%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.69.90 and low of Rs.67.25.

The total traded quantity was 3.30 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 3.45 lakhs.
