Jyoti Structures allots 7425 Equity Shares

The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Jyoti Structures Ltd by Circulatory Resolution dated April 23, 2011 has allotted 7,425 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each arising out of Stock Options granted to the employees of the Company under Employees Stock Option Scheme.

The committee also granted further 7,450 Options to the eligible employees under the Employees Stock Option Scheme.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment of 7,425 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 16,42,67,080 divided into 8,21,33,540 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each.

The stock was trading at Rs.91.90, up by Rs.0.40 or 0.44%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.93.40 and low of Rs.90.25.

The total traded quantity was 0.16 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.37 lakhs.
