Kotak Mahindra Bank allots 123640 Equity Shares

The ESOS Allotment Committee of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd at its meeting held on April 20, 2011, has allotted 1,23,640 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employees Stock Option under the different series.

The committee has allotted 34,490 equity shares under ESOP Scheme Series 2007/ 08 (1st Tranche), 55,500 equity shares under ESOP Scheme Series 2007/15 (2nd Tranche), 27,650 equity shares under ESOP Scheme Series 2007/17 (1st Tranche) and 6,000 equity shares under ESOP Scheme Series 2007/17 (2nd Tranche).

The stock closed the day at Rs.458.95, up by Rs.16.65 or 3.76%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.460 and low of Rs.445.

The total traded quantity was 0.64 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.92 lakhs.
