Dewan Housing Finance Corporation allots 63408 Equity Shares

The Remuneration & Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd at its meeting held on April 12, 2011, has allotted 63,408 [Sixty Three Thousand Four Hundred & Eight] fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to employees of the Company in terms of the Employee Stock Option Schemes (ESOS).

The said equity shares rank pari-passu in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company.

As a result of exercise of options and the consequent allotment of the equity shares paid up share capital of the Company stands increased from the present share capital of Rs. 104,42,64,020/- divided into 10,44,26,402 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 104,48,98,100/- divided into 10,44,89,810 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.272.10, down by Rs.5 or 1.80%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.276.45 and low of Rs.269.15.

The total traded quantity was 0.10 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.41 lakhs.
