Unichem Laboratories allots 7500 shares

The Board of Directors of Unichem Laboratories Ltd at its meeting held on April 16, 2011, have allotted and issued 7,500 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each pursuant to the exercise of the stock options by Non-executive Independent Directors under the Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2008 of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.192, down by Rs.0.10 or 0.05%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.197 and low of Rs.190.30.

The total traded quantity was 0.29 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.48 lakhs.
