Educomp Solutions allots 365055 shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOP Schemes

The remuneration committee of Educomp Solutions Ltd on April 12, 2011 has allotted 3,65, 055 Equity Shares respectively to the Employees/ Director of the Company who have exercised their stock options under Company's ESOP Scheme 2006.

Post allotment Paid up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 19,10,88,792/- consisting of 9,55,44,396 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 19,18,18,902/- consisting of 9,59,09,451 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.468.30, up by Rs.24.60 or 5.54%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.468.95 and low of Rs.440.20.

The total traded quantity was 2.29 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.61 lakhs.
