Subex Grants 16300 Employee Stock Options

The ESOP Committee of the Board of Directors of Subex Ltd has granted 16,300 ESOPs to its employees at a price of Rs. 46.26 per option in accordance with the terms and conditions, including vesting period and exercise period, under the Employee Stock Option Plan-2005 of the Company and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999.

The stock closed the day at Rs.56.40, down by Rs.2.15 or 3.67%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.58.50 and low of Rs.56.25.

The total traded quantity was 2.59 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 5.80 lakhs.
