Strides Arcolab allots 180000 Equity Shares

Strides Arcolab Ltd has allotted 180,000 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10/- each under Strides Arcolab ESOP 2006 and ESOP 2008 Schemes.

Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 577,691,710 consisting of 57,769,171 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 579,491,710 consisting of 57,949,171 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.381, down by Rs.5.05 or 1.31%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.390.50 and low of Rs.378.05.
