Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn to consider fund raising on April 08, 2011

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Ltd will be held on April 08, 2011, to consider the means of financing including raising of equity by way of QIP, PE, PP (Private Placement), FCCB, Warrants, GDR, ADR etc. to meet out the expansion project cost of Technical Textiles, Denim, Home-furnishing and Spinning project.

The Board will also approve the draft Notice of Extra Ordinary General Meeting for the aforesaid purpose and to determine the date, time & venue of the EGM.

The stock closed the day at Rs.90.10, up by Rs.8.55 or 10.48%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.91.60 and low of Rs.81.80.

The total traded quantity was 0.74 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.43 lakhs.
