Morepen Laboratories to consider issue of shares

Morepen Laboratories Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 15, 2007 to consider issuance of Equity Shares / Securities / Warrants to Investors, Banks and Financial Institutions on Preferential allotment basis.

Further the Company has informed that, this matter would be considered by the Board, pursuant to the CDR package approved by the Lenders.
