Suryajyoti Spinning Mills allots 1830000 shares, 564250 CRPS

The Committee of the Board of Directors of Suryajyoti Spinning Mills Ltd at its meeting held on March 30, 2011 have allotted 18,30,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at Rs. 31/- upon conversion of Warrants and 5,64,250 Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100/- each to the Promoters of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.42.75, up by Rs.1.35 or 3.26%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.44.40 and low of Rs.41.60.

The total traded quantity was 3.10 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.80 lakhs.
