IDFC grants 8000 equity shares under ESOS

On April 04, 2011, pursuant to IDFC Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007, Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd had granted to its employee 8,000 options equivalent to 8,000 equity shares at a price of Rs. 160.10 per equity share.

The stock closed the day at Rs.163.50, up by Rs.3.35 or 2.09%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.164.85 and low of Rs.159.30.

The total traded quantity was 12.66 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 10.82 lakhs.
