JK Paper to consider FCCB issue worth Euro 35 Million

A meeting of the Board of Directors of JK Paper Ltd will be held on April 08, 2011, inter alia, to consider the Issue and allotment of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) by the Company upto an amount in the aggregate not exceeding Euro 35 Million (approximately Rs. 225 crores).

The stock closed the day at Rs.57.95, down by Rs.1.10 or 1.86%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.60 and low of Rs.53.55.

The total traded quantity was 1.58 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.47 lakhs.
