Vakrangee Softwares allots 1220000 Shares on conversion of warrants

The Board of Directors of Vakrangee Softwares Ltd on April 01, 2011, has passed a Circular resolution for Allotment of 12,20,000 Fully Paid Equity Shares to M/s NJD Holdings Private Limited, one of the promoter group Companies, having Face Value of Rs. 10/- each, upon conversion of equivalent number of Fully Convertible Warrants (FCW) issued to them on preferential basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.356.80, up by Rs.7.80 or 2.23%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.357 and low of Rs.350.35.

The total traded quantity was 0.36 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.88 lakhs.
