B.A.G. Films and Media allots 7860000 Equity Shares

The Investor Grievance Committee Meeting of the Board of Directors of B.A.G. Films and Media Ltd held on March 31, 2011, allotted 78,60,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each, by conversion of 78,60,000 warrants, to M/S. ARVR Communications Pvt. Ltd (Formerly known as Anu Films and Communications Pvt. Ltd) of New Delhi at a price of Rs. 17.30/- per share (including a premium of Rs 15.30/- per share).

The stock was trading at Rs.8.76, up by Rs.1.46 or 20%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.8.76 and low of Rs.7.31.

The total traded quantity was 7.48 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.81 lakhs.
