CSS Technergy allots 300000 shares

The Board of Directors of CSS Technergy Ltd at its meeting held on March 30, 2011, has issued and allotted 300,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 9/- per share to Mr. R. Radha Krishna Murthy (Promoter) upon exercise of conversion option of share warrants allotted by the Company earlier.

The stock closed the day at Rs.27.75, up by Rs.1.30 or 4.91%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.27.75 and low of Rs.27.70.
