Oriental Bank of Commerce allots 41221482 Equity Shares to GOI

Oriental Bank of Commerce has allotted 4,12,21,482 equIty shares of Rs. 10 each at a premium of Rs. 412.11 per share to the Government of India (GOI) on preferential basis. As a result, the GOI's holding has Increased from 51.09% to 58.00%.

The stock was trading at Rs.390.25, up by Rs.5.70 or 1.48%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.395.65 and low of Rs.381.
