Vakrangee Softwares allots 1150000 Shares upon conversion of warrants

The Board of Directors of Vakrangee Softwares Ltd on March 25, 2011, has passed a Circular resolution for allotment of 11,50,000 Fully Paid Equity Shares to M/s. NJD Holdings Private Limited, one of the promoter group Companies. The equity shares having Face Value of Rs. 10/- each are allotted upon conversion of equivalent number of Fully Convertible Warrants (FCW) issued to them on preferential basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.316.20, up by Rs.11.10 or 3.64%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.317 and low of Rs.308.

The total traded quantity was 0.77 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.58 lakhs.
