Sezal Glass allots 20000000 Equity Shares

The Board of Directors of Sezal Glass Ltd by passing a Circular Resolution on March 23, 2011 has allotted 2,00,00,000 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each at an issue price of Rs. 9/- on preferential basis in terms of Section 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 to Brand Equity Treaties Ltd.

Issue of these Equity Shares was earlier approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on February 10, 2011 and by the Members in Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on March 08, 2011.

The stock was trading at Rs.3.06, up by Rs.0.16 or 5.52%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.3.18 and low of Rs.2.82.

The total traded quantity was 4.95 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 6.88 lakhs.
