Camlin allots 44723 shares

The Committee of Directors of Camlin Ltd at its meeting held on March 23, 2011, have allotted 44,723 Equity shares of Re. 1/- each to employees who have exercised their option to apply for equity shares as per the "Camlin Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2008". The shares are allotted at a price of Rs. 16/- per equity share.

Consequent, to this allotment the paid up Equity Share capital of the Company is 6,10,64,537 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.46.70, up by Rs.0.10 or 0.21%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.47.45 and low of Rs.46.
