Religare Enterprises Grants 6037000 Options

The Compensation / Remuneration / Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors of Religare Enterprises Limited (the "Company"), at their Meeting held on March 18, 2011 have approved the grant of 60,37,000 stock options under Religare Employee Stock Option Scheme 2010.

The said grant, being part of co-ownership plan of the Company, is in pursuance of the approval of the Shareholders of the Company provided in this regard.

The stock was trading at Rs.485, up by Rs.0.35 or 0.07%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.488.95 and low of Rs.477.35.

The total traded quantity was 444 compared to 2 week average of 2402.
