Innovassynth Investments to issue 4 lakh shares

The Board of Directors of Innovassynth Investments Ltd at its meeting held on March 16, 2011, have approved issue of 4,00,000 equity of shares of Rs.10/- each at par aggregating to Rs. 40,00,000/- on Preferential Allotment Basis to the Promoter group Companies/Persons Acting in Concert/Associates.

The stock closed the day at Rs.6.90, down by Rs.0.09 or 1.29%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.7.20 and low of Rs.6.01.
