MindTree allots 73734 equity shares

MindTree Ltd has allotted 325 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid on March 15, 2011 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 1999 Stock Option Plan (Program 1).

The Company has allotted 9,809 equity shares of Rs. 50/- each fully paid on March 15, 2011 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2001 Stock Option Plan (Program 2).

The Company has allotted 15,428 equity shares of Rs. 250/- each fully paid on March 15, 2011 to the employees/ directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2006(a) Stock Option Plan (Program 3).

The Company has allotted 47,727 equity shares (of which 1,950 are of Rs. 242/- each, 35,937 are of Rs. 300/- each, 790 are of Rs. 315/- each and 9,050 are of Rs. 335/- each), fully paid on March 15, 2011 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2006(b) Stock Option Plan (Program 4).

Further, the Company has allotted 145 equity shares of Rs. 138.88/- each fully paid on March 15, 2011 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2008A Stock Option Plan (Program 5).

The stock was trading at Rs.374.35, up by Rs.1.95 or 0.52%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.377.50 and low of Rs.372.25.
