Religare Enterprises allots 51110 Equity Shares under ESOS

The Share Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of Religare Enterprises Ltd, has allotted 51,110 Equity Shares on exercise of stock options under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2006 (ESOS) of the Company. The above allotment was done in the meeting held on March 14, 2011.

The paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company post allotment is 13,94,34,494 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating Rs. 139,43,44,940/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.481.20, down by Rs.6.80 or 1.39%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.497 and low of Rs.480.

The total traded quantity was 6474 compared to 2 week average of 3984.
