Ganesh Polytex allots 15 lakh OCDs

The Securities Allotment and Certificate Issuance Committee of Board of Directors of Ganesh Polytex Ltd at its meeting held on March 12, 2011 has allotted 15,00,000 OCDs on preferential basis, to Green India Venture Fund, a trust fund of IFCI Venture Capital Funds Ltd. belonging to the category 'Other than Promoters'.

The stock was trading at Rs.65.50, up by Rs.1.70 or 2.66%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.67.40 and low of Rs.63.
