Satyam Computer Services allots 23932 shares on conversion of Stock Options

The Compensation Committee of Directors has allotted 23,932 equity shares under stock option plans of Satyam Computer Services Ltd, through its circular resolution dated March 10, 2011.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has gone up from 1,176,541,821 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating Rs. 2,353,083,642.00 to 1,176,565,753 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating Rs. 2,353,131,506.00.

The stock closed the day at Rs.65.05, down by Rs.0.10 or 0.15%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.65.75 and low of Rs.64.50.

The total traded quantity was 13.35 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 19.41 lakhs.
