The Shareholder's Committee of the Board of Directors of Polaris Software Lab Ltd vide Circular Resolution dated March 09, 2011 allotted 2,000 equity shares to the Director of the Company under the Associate Stock Option Plan 2003.

R.C. Bhargava was allotted 2000 equity shares against the options allotted on Oct 17, 2006 at an Option Price of Rs.140.95.

The stock closed the day at Rs.187.20, down by Rs.1.65 or 0.87%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.190.10 and low of Rs.184.30.
