UltraTech Cement allots 1110 equity shares under Employees Stock Option Scheme

The ESOS Compensation Committee of UltraTech Cement Ltd has on March 03, 2011 allotted 1,110 equity shares of Rs. 10 of the Company to Option Grantees upon exercise of stock options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

On allotment, the equity share capital of the Company stands increased to 27,40,36,805 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 2,74,03,68,050/-.

The stock was trading at Rs.1010, up by Rs.31.90 or 3.26%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1012.90 and low of Rs.968.

The total traded quantity was 45343 compared to 2 week average of 4132.
