Hindalco Industries allots 15683 Equity Shares under ESOP-2006

The Committee of Directors of Hindalco Industries Ltd vide their resolution dated March 04, 2011 has allotted 15,683 equity shares of par value of Re. 1/- to the optionee as detailed in the resolution, pursuant to the exercise of the options granted to the employee under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006.

The stock was trading at Rs.210.30, up by Rs.0.25 or 0.12%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.213.40 and low of Rs.207.50.

The total traded quantity was 12.21 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 13.12 lakhs.
