HDFC allots 830825 shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has allotted 8,30,825 equity shares of Rs. 2 each on March 03, 2011 pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees / directors.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 293,23,75,200 consisting of 146,61,87,600 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.670.65, up by Rs.19.75 or 3.03%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.677.40 and low of Rs.644.

The total traded quantity was 3.20 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.59 lakhs.
