ITC allots 2730950 Shares

ITC Ltd has issued and allotted 27,30,950 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each, upon exercise of 2,73,095 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from February 28, 2011, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 772,44,27,210/- divided into 772,44,27,210 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.172.90, down by Rs.0.60 or 0.35%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.175.90 and low of Rs.171.35.
