Polaris Software Lab allots 6700 Equity Shares under ASOP Scheme

The Shareholder's Committee of the Board of Directors of Polaris Software Lab Ltd vide Circular Resolution dated February 25, 2011 allotted 6,700 equity shares to the Associates of the Company under the Associate Stock Option Plan (ASOP) 2003.

Further under ASOP 2004 Scheme, 19,600 equity shares were transferred to O3 Associates pursuant to exercise of options granted to them.

The stock was trading at Rs.184.25, down by Rs.0.85 or 0.46%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.188 and low of Rs.182.

The total traded quantity was 0.41 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.46 lakhs.
