Minda Industries allots 2405128 shares

The Allotment Committee comprising Board of Directors of Minda Industries Ltd in its meeting held on February 26, 2011 has approved the allotment of 24,05,128 Equity Shares (Twenty Four Lacs Five Thousand One Hundred Twenty Eight) of Rs. 10/- (ten) each allotted to 13 (thirteen) registered equity shareholders, in physical form, whose names recorded in the register of members of the Transferor Company i.e. Minda Autogas Ltd. as on the effective date February 23, 2011.

The stock was trading at Rs.235, down by Rs.1.50 or 0.63%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.243 and low of Rs.230.05.

The total traded quantity was 172 compared to 2 week average of 2072.
