Educomp Solutions allots 3500 shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOP Schemes

The remuneration committee of Educomp Solutions Ltd on February 22, 2011 has allotted 3500 Equity Shares respectively to the Employees of the Company who have exercised their stock options under Company's ESOP Scheme 2006 & 2007.

Post allotment Paid up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 19,10,81,792/- consisting of 9,55,40,896 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 19,10,88,792/- consisting of 9,55,44,396 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.488.10, down by Rs.21.95 or 4.30%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.508 and low of Rs.478.10.

The total traded quantity was 3.86 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 3.25 lakhs.
