Hasti Finance allots 5231700 warrants

The Board of Directors of Hasti Finance Ltd at its meeting held on January 12, 2011, have allotted 52,31,700 warrants each convertible into equity share of Rs. 10/- to promoters and non-promoters.

The stock was trading at Rs.42.05, down by Rs.1.75 or 4%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.43 and low of Rs.42.

The total traded quantity was 4920 compared to 2 week average of 7160.
