BGR Energy Systems allots 16778 Shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007

BGR Energy Systems Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors at its meeting held on February 16, 2011 has allotted 16778 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to those grantees, who have exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2007. The said shares will rank pari-passu the existing shares of the Company in all respects.

The stock closed the day at Rs.511.40, down by Rs.2.80 or 0.54%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.523 and low of Rs.506.55.

The total traded quantity was 0.81 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.45 lakhs.
