Rasoya Proteins allots 30 lakhs shares and warrants at Rs.32 on preferential basis

Rasoya Proteins Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 06, 2007, has allotted 30.00 lakh Equity shares and 30.00 Lakh Convertible Warrants of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 22/- per share to the persons other than promoters on preferential basis as per SEBI Guidelines.
