Ind-Swift allots 8 million warrants at Rs.40

Ind-Swift Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 11, 2011, have allotted 80,00,000 Zero Coupon Convertible Warrants on preferential basis to the proposed allottes as per approval by the shareholders at the Annual General meting of the company held on September 30, 2010 at a rate of Rs. 40/- per warrant (each convertible into one equity share of Rs. 2/- each).

The stock closed the day at Rs.29.65, up by Rs.1 or 3.49%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.30.05 and low of Rs.28.

The total traded quantity was 0.29 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.41 lakhs.
