Amtek Auto allots 3,98,733 equity shares at Rs.209.83

Amtek Auto Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 06, 2007 has allotted 3,98,733 equity shares at Rs 209.83/- per share upon the conversion of FCCBs of US$ 1.92 million.
