Gruh Finance allots 24655 Equity Shares

Gruh Finance Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 24,655 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees on February 09, 2011.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company would stand at Rs. 35,10,21,780 consisting 3,51,02,178 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock was trading at Rs.321.60, up by Rs.3.75 or 1.18%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.321.60 and low of Rs.311.

The total traded quantity was 2027 compared to 2 week average of 3986.
