Strides Arcolab Grants 680500 Options under Strides Arcolab ESOP 2006 and Strides Arcolab ESOP 2008 Schemes

Strides Arcolab Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of the Company has granted an aggregate of 680,500 options to eligible employees under the Strides Arcolab ESOP 2006 and Strides Arcolab ESOP 2008 Schemes at an exercise price Rs 331.15 per option. The shares covered by such options are 680,500 shares.

The vesting period of these options is in a phased manner over a period of 3 years. The options may be exercised within a period of 30 days from the date of vesting.

The stock was trading at Rs.328.50, down by Rs.16.50 or 4.66%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.347.70 and low of Rs.326.

The total traded quantity was 0.82 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.78 lakhs.
