HCL Technologies allots 259032 shares under ESOP Allotment

HCL Technologies Ltd has announced that the Employees Stock Option Allotment Committee of the Company has on February 03, 2011 allotted 2,59,032 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each, under the 1999, 2000 and 2004 Stock Option Plans of the Company. Consequent to the said allotment the paid-up share capital of the Company has gone upto 684,813,240 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 136,96,26,480/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.476.50, down by Rs.5 or 1.04%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.487 and low of Rs.467.60.

The total traded quantity was 1.68 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.08 lakhs.
