Edelweiss Capital allots 217600 Shares

Edelweiss Capital Ltd has announced that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has on February 07, 2011 approved allotment of 2,17,600 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each under stock options schemes.

The stock closed the day at Rs.38, up by Rs.0.75 or 2.01%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.39.80 and low of Rs.37.75.

The total traded quantity was 1.50 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.82 lakhs.
